Yes. Crow’s Hall does not have permanent on-site catering or kitchens, so you can tailor things totally to your own taste and budget.
We have a dedicated and trusted team of supplier whom we use to make your day a special one – from caterers to sound and lighting through to the suppliers of marquees and teepees.
We share a hand-picked list of suitably qualified, licensed teams of caterers, offering both daytime and evening food. The list is there to help you make your choice and benefit from our extensive experience. It includes local caterers as much as possible to keep food miles down – and we have also found that wedding parties are delighted to make the most of the delicious produce which Suffolk has to offer.
Should you have your own qualified, licensed caterers in mind, we are happy to meet them too, please just talk things through with us.
All suppliers will need to have their require licensing and comply with any health and safety regulations applicable at the time.
Yes. Barbecues are popular at Crow’s Hall and the site lends itself well to hog roasts and street food ‘stalls’ to let your evening guests enjoy a bite to eat outdoors.
No, Crow’s Hall does not have any on-site bar facilities. There is no set bar area, giving you total flexibility to create the atmosphere you want, where you want. Our list of suppliers can help you to source your alcohol and soft drinks locally if you wish.
You will not require an alcohol licence unless you choose to sell drink at your celebration. This is obtainable from Mid Suffolk District Council at a cost of £21.
Yes. Crow’s Hall does not have on-site bar facilities. You are free to organize your drinks menu as you wish. Our list of suppliers can help you to source your alcohol and soft drinks locally if you wish.
Unlike many venues, no corkage charge is made for drinks served at Crow’s Hall.
