Moated Country House & Tudor Barn Wedding Venue Suffolk

Choosing Crow’s Hall for your wedding is like borrowing a close friend’s stately home for a week. It’s why we only ever host a small number of weddings during the summer each year – and rarely more than two in each month. When it comes to country house barn weddings in Suffolk, no other venue compares in terms of exclusivity.

Crow's Hall 400 acre country estate

Where the only orange glow in the evening sky is always just  the sunset.

Our unrivalled offer not only allows you and your suppliers time to set up everything up your way, with real peace, there’s time for you to enjoy private parties and accommodation with our additional glamping packages too.

The extensive grounds and Suffolk countryside location, together with our exclusive site hire and helipad offer make Crow’s Hall a highly attractive option for wedding couples.

An Invitation to Arrive In Style

There’s a story behind every wedding journey. And behind every choice of wedding vehicle heading along the private avenue, double-planted with vintage oaks, towards Crow’s Hall. What will yours be?

If you are looking for somewhere discrete to celebrate in your very own, individual way and in complete seclusion, few places could be more perfect. (Arrival by helicopter also an option.)

Island Garden Wedding Blessings & Ceremonies in Suffolk

Share those most special words on the secluded island of your dreams. Descend the lawned ‘allée’ aisle to meet your partner and guests gathering in the elegantly English country garden amphitheatre. Or maybe step into another more intimate garden room with a handful of your nearest and dearest for a formal family moment of togetherness.

Crow’s Hall may have a knot garden, but as this Suffolk home has opted not to have a wedding license, actually tying the knot at Crow’s Hall, or holding a legal wedding ceremony involving an official registrar or celebrant, is regrettably not a possible.

For a traditional English church wedding ceremony, St Mary Magdalene Church – Debenham’s ‘little cathedral’ – is just 2 miles away and a popular choice, with special historic connections to Crow’s Hall.

Beautiful Barn Weddings in Suffolk

For superlative celebrations, dining and dancing, the timber-framed Tudor long barn at Crows’ Hall is truly unique.

Suffolk’s (purportedly) longest ‘long barn’ is absolutely authentic with superb acoustics – a rare find, offering ultimate flexibility over layout, décor and lighting design.

Magnificent Marquee Weddings in Suffolk

Traditional garden marquees by the magnolias; creative canopies by the moat; gazebos near the flower-borders; paddock-filling big tops or terrific tipis

The grounds and gardens at Crow’s Hall are the perfect blank canvas for you to create and coordinate the wedding celebrations under canvas of your dreams. Don‘t forget a glamping village for your guests!

An Exclusive Country Estate with all the Trimmings

Set in 400 delightful countryside acres, there’s so much more to Crow’s Hall than what the eye can see from historic island’s neatly mown lawns, punting jetties and potagers. And it’s all just perfect for fun, photographs and making lasting memories.

Why not arrange a wedding walk along the bridle paths, a family treasure hunt or a celebratory picnic in the woods? Invite your guests to glamp in the paddocks. Row off into the sunset on the moat. It’s all more than just magical – and exclusively yours for you to celebrate your way.
