In Good Hands
Arranging flowers hours before the wedding
A wedding at Crow's Hall is never handed over as a finished package. It's built, and the people you build it with matter.
Why We Recommend, Not Provide
Crow's Hall is dry hire: the estate is yours, but catering, flowers, music, furniture and the rest are arranged separately, shaped around your own celebration rather than a fixed formula. Over the years, certain suppliers have proven themselves again and again, not because of any arrangement between us (we take no commission), but because they understand what this place is and treat it accordingly. This list isn't exclusive either. Couples are always free to bring their own.
Some couples arrive with a planner already in place. Others ask Caroline for an introduction, and Louisa May Weddings, Lucy Meehan Events and Lorna Marie Events are among the planners on her list.

Around the Table
The table at Crow's Hall can be whatever you want it to be: formal fine dining one weekend, wood-fired and relaxed the next, a long, easy barbecue for a smaller celebration. Because the estate is yours to shape, the food follows suit.
Jake's Kitchen brings a chef-led, seasonal approach suited to a more considered sit-down meal. The Suffolk Catering Company works across a wide range of styles and scale, well suited to larger, more traditional wedding breakfasts. Mark Weeks Catering offers something more personal and flexible, closer to having your own chef for the weekend than a standard catering operation. Between them, and beyond them, couples have put together everything from a formal five-course dinner in the Hall to a relaxed, informal spread in the fields.
Salsa Rose, who catered a wedding here this summer, are a recent and very welcome addition. For the days either side of the wedding there are smaller pleasures too: ices from Alder Tree's vintage Morris van, Baytree Pizza for a Sunday brunch and coffee from Queen Bee Coffee.

Flowers, Styling and the Finer Details
Dear Luna Florals, Olga Skavros Florist and Wall Flower Freelance Florist have each brought their own read of the gardens and season into their work here, no two arrangements ever quite the same, whether that's the courtyard garden, the Pool Garden or the wide marquee lawn.

Space, Sound and Shelter
For marquees and glamping, Events Under Canvas, The Norfolk Bell Tent Hire Company and Victoria Lily Events have each helped shape celebrations across the gardens and fields, from a single marquee on the lawn to a full glamping meadow for an Estate Wedding. For furniture and tableware, The Banqueting Hire Service and Alfresco Hire cover everything from formal place settings to relaxed outdoor seating.

Music has come from Songbird Entertainment and Chiqas Music, with DPL Sound and Lighting looking after the lighting. Timings and details are always agreed directly between a couple and their chosen suppliers.

Capturing It
Several photographers know the estate well enough to use it properly rather than treat it as a generic backdrop, James Davidson Photography, Holly Hambling Photography and Natalie Pluck Photography among them, each with their own way of reading the light across the moat and gardens through the day.
The Journey There and Back
For the drive from the church, or the final half-mile down The Walk, Caroline's list includes Mike Daniell Horse Drawn Carriages, Deben Vintage Car Hire and Felix Vintage Coaches.
Somewhere to Stay Longer
For guests who want to make more of the visit, Retreat East in Coddenham and the Crown Hotel in Framlingham are both a short distance away, useful for a rehearsal dinner, an overflow of guests, or simply somewhere for family to base themselves for the whole weekend. The Debenham Lion, a mile down the road, has a private room for a dinner the night before.
Getting in Touch
This list keeps growing as we find people who understand Crow's Hall the way we do, and it's never the only way to shape a celebration here. Caroline's always glad to talk through your own ideas, whoever you already have in mind.
The current wedding brochure and the Venue Hire & Wedding Budget Guide, which sets out indicative costs for catering, flowers, music and more, are available on request.
