PRICING & AVAILABILITY

AT CROW’S HALL

A clear place to begin.

Crow’s Hall can be shared in several different ways. A wedding, a private stay and an estate-wide celebration do not use the Hall, gardens and wider grounds in quite the same way, so there is no single price that applies to everything.

Below is a straightforward guide to where costs begin and what shapes them. More detailed figures can then be discussed once we understand your dates, the number of people joining you and the parts of Crow’s Hall you are considering.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Weddings

Wedding venue hire starts from £18,000 including VAT.

Crow’s Hall offers four starting routes, from intimate celebrations centred around the Hall and island gardens to multi-day weddings bringing together the Long Barn, wider estate and glamping meadow.

The difference between the routes is shaped not only by guest numbers, but by the spaces used, the length of venue access, nights in the Hall and the practical scale of the celebration.

Crow’s Hall is offered on a dry-hire basis. The venue fee covers the agreed use of the estate, hire period and relevant facilities. Catering, drinks, flowers, furniture, tableware, marquee and glamping structures, music, photography, film, production and other supplier costs are arranged separately unless specifically agreed.

STAYING HERE

Private stays are priced according to dates, duration and use.

Outside weddings, Crow’s Hall may be available for private stays, family gatherings and selected occasions.

Rates depend upon the dates requested, the length of the stay, the number of guests and how the Hall and estate will be used. Additional arrangements, including equestrian facilities, are discussed separately.

For weddings, nights in the Hall may already form part of the chosen wedding route. These arrangements are considered within the wedding venue hire rather than priced as individual hotel rooms.

Caroline can confirm current rates and availability once she understands the stay you have in mind.

MARQUEES & GLAMPING

Marquees and glamping are planned and costed individually.

There is no single standard price because every temporary setting is designed around the scale and character of the celebration.

Costs are shaped by the type and size of marquee or structure, guest numbers, the number of tents and nights required, furniture, lighting, power, catering requirements, showers, loos and other guest facilities, together with the time needed for installation and removal.

Where applicable, agreed access to the wider estate or glamping meadow forms part of the Crow’s Hall venue-hire arrangement. The marquee, tenting and associated supplier costs are separate unless specifically included within an agreed proposal.

WHAT HELPS US GIVE YOU A CLEARER INDICATION

A few details are enough to begin.

You do not need to have everything worked out. It is helpful simply to know:

→ Your preferred date or season
→ Roughly how many people may be joining you
→ Whether you are considering a wedding, private stay or another gathering
→ Which parts of Crow’s Hall have caught your attention
→ Whether staying, marquees or glamping might be part of the picture

From there, Caroline can explain the relevant availability, likely costs and most useful next step.

Caroline, you have been so wonderful at helping us create such a magical wedding. Waiting for two years and finally getting to enjoy the day we planned has been incredible. We couldn’t imagine a more perfect day. Looking forward to returning to see you in years to come!”
