Crow's Hall is your own exclusive private stately home for three full days and four nights (further nights by separate arrangement), serving as an exceptional venue to mark your wedding and create enduring memories alongside your loved ones. We welcome reservations from April to September, providing a unique and picturesque setting for your celebrations and a tranquil environment to cherish moments with family and friends.

Complete event co-ordination

At Crow's Hall we offer complete end-to-end event coordination to ensure your special occasion is an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. With over 12 years of experience coordinating weddings of diverse traditions and backgrounds, we specialise in seamlessly orchestrating a wide array of ceremonies, from those rooted in cultural richness to those embracing modern and inclusive celebrations.

Your special occasion is in capable hands, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for all involved We will liaise with your chosen suppliers (caterers, florists, etc) and unlike many venues we do not charge corkage fees - or impose curfews!

Exclusive use of our 16th century barn

Nestled at the core of this captivating venue lies our exquisitely preserved 16th-century Tudor barn—an architectural masterpiece ready to host your main wedding celebrations or provide a cosy haven for more intimate gatherings, ceremonies, or unique thematic experiences, adding historic elegance to your special day.

The barn's unique allure lies in its ability to transition seamlessly, accommodating diverse wedding styles and preferences. Whether you envision an entirely indoor celebration, a sprawling outdoor event, or a harmonious blend of both, the barn serves as the epicentre. It provides endless possibilities for a wedding uniquely tailored to your desires. With outstanding acoustics, a generous seating capacity of up to 250 people, and space for 300 dancing, it ensures an intimate yet spacious environment for your guests to revel in the joyous festivities.

The barn at Crows Hall is more than a building; it's a versatile and enchanting space ready to adapt and transform, ensuring your wedding is nothing short of extraordinary, come rain or shine.

 

Exclusive use of the hall

Experience the epitome of exclusivity at Crow's Hall, where you and your guests enjoy sole access to the entire hall, making it your own private stately home for the duration of your celebration.

Each wedding event comes with a four-night stay within the hall, sleeping up to ten guests (further nights by separate arrangement). The luxurious accommodation comprises a bridal apartment, designed to host up to four individuals in one double bedroom and one twin room, in addition to three double bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The hall boasts a well-equipped kitchen with an Aga and an inviting informal dining area. For more formal occasions, there is a grand dining room with a piano, while the drawing room beckons with its open hearth.

With full exclusivity, you can fully immerse yourself in the grandeur and charm of the estate, crafting unforgettable memories in this enchanting and private environment.

Full use of the garden & grounds

At Crow's Hall you will have the privilege of enjoying full use of our picturesque garden and grounds. The layout and planting of Crow’s Hall island gardens are the work of award-winning and leading garden designer Xa Tollemache.

Mature and beautifully maintained, the island gardens include everything from ‘cottagey’ borders full of summer colour to heritage roses, smooth lawns and neat box hedging, affording panoramic views of rolling Suffolk countryside and gracing three sides of the historic redbrick manor house.

Surrounded by a tranquil moat, this expansive outdoor space provides the ideal backdrop for your special day.  

With the stunning natural beauty of the surroundings, you can let your imagination run wild and craft your dream event, knowing that the possibilities are as limitless as the horizon.

 

Seven day venue access

Unlike most wedding venues that are set up for daily turnarounds with all equipment on site, each wedding celebration we host is completely unique. Our overall hire period is seven days.

This extended timeframe allows you ample opportunity for seamless event design, styling and set-up, hosting your event, the option to host pre- and post- event gatherings and the take-down process.

Luxury toilet facilities

We prioritise the comfort and convenience of our guests, right down to the smallest details. Our luxury toilet blocks are a testament to our commitment to providing exceptional facilities.

Our toilet blocks are in the form of portacabins, ensuring a superior experience. Inside, you'll find spotlessly clean ceramic flushing toilets, providing the highest standard of hygiene and comfort.

 

Production sound & lighting

Our commitment to creating memorable and immersive events at Crow's Hall extends to every aspect, including production sound & lighting.

When you choose us as your venue, you gain access to a comprehensive package that includes stage sound and lighting equipment, an array of microphones and sturdy stands, a top-tier PA system, and ambient lighting that adds a touch of enchantment. For those embracing the unique charm of glamping, festoon lighting is also provided to create a magical atmosphere.

Post wedding take-down

At Crow's Hall, we understand that the post-wedding phase is just as important as the event itself. That is why we offer comprehensive post-wedding take down services, including thorough cleaning and clearance.

Our dedicated team takes care of all the details, ensuring that your event site is left in pristine condition. From dismantling equipment to removing decorations and tidying up the venue, we aim to make the transition as effortless as possible.

If you wish to complement the expansive grounds and Tudor barn, we provide versatile marquee options tailored to your celebration style.

Whether you prefer luxurious or rustic designs, creating large or intimate settings, we collaborate with our suppliers to ensure everything aligns seamlessly for your arrival. Our space offers unparalleled possibilities, and prices are contingent on the style and size of the marquee(s) you choose.

The grounds are well-equipped to accommodate marquees of any size, providing flexibility to enhance your celebration with pavilions, canopies, sailcloths, big tops, or tipis.

These additions can be styled to impart an elegant touch, ensuring a unique event and an unforgettable experience.
